Blair Campmier., Executive Director

Reality House Executive Director Blair Campmier. started his employment with Reality House Programs, Inc. in 2008 as a treatment professional for the United States Bureau of Prisons.  In 2013, he became the Reality House Clinical Manager and was responsible for the supervision over five treatment counselors as well as supervision of RHP’s transitional houses.  He assumed the role of Operations Director in 2015 and remained in that position until his appointment as Executive Director in 2017. 

Prior to coming to Reality House, he was employed as a Reintergration Court Administrator for the 13th Judicial Circuit Court . 2004 Mr. Campmier was the Executive Director for Boys & Girls Club of Columbia Missouri. 2004, Mr. Campmier was Unit Director at Boys & Girls Club, Springfield, Missouri. In 1998 he was a Prgram Dirctor, Assoc. for Retarded Citizens, Springfield Missouri. In 1996 Mr. Campmier was the Residential Center Dierctor, for Lakes Country Rehablitation in SpringField. . Mr. Campmier  received his Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Psychology  from Southwest Missouri State University in 1984. He is a Missouri  Registered Substance Abuse Professional. He likes to run marathons and travel in hs spare time.

Michael E Hayes, Security Director

Mr.  Hayes began his employment with Reality House programs in July of 2011 as the Federal Social Services Coordinator. In the July of 2012, he took over as the Reality House Security Director.

Mr. Hayes and his staff are responsible for the centers safety, security, transportation, and investigative functions for all staff, participants and visitors of the corporation. Mr. Hayes received his Bachelor degree from Western Illinois University with a major in Sociology and a minor in Law Enforcement Administration.  

Prior to joining the Reality House staff he was a Police officer with the Columbia Police Department for 20 years.  While employed at the Columbia Police Department, he served in the Patrol division, Crime Prevention Unit, Canine Unit, and the Community Policing Unit.  Mr. Hayes was a member of the International Society of Crime Prevention Practitioners, and department liaison to various volunteer and civic organizations, including the 13th Judicial Circuit Court alternative sentencing team, as well as the Columbia Neighborhood Watch program.  

He is currently involved with a number of community agencies in a volunteer/member capacity.
